What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform has a seamless and automated UI, classy looks, and is great for keeping in touch with donors. These are factors you cannot easily find together in a donation management tool. Moreover, their user support service is very professional and is easy to communicate with. Their staff have helped us throughout the set up process, and they remain consistent in providing us with excellent support while using the tool. They are always there to solve our problems and answer our questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, the simple layout and functions of donation and receipt pages are great advantage in this tool, but better personalization settings would be great. We also want to see emailing and event managing features on future updates. Plugins from Kindful itself would also be fantastic, aside from the already available integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Donors can easily complete their giving process on the platform, then grab a copy of receipts if they want. The platform also has a neat and seamless user panel that allows us to get a good view over necessary data. Then, we can easily create, save and search reports in the system too.
