What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easier to handle data on this platform because of its excellent convenience and intuitiveness. Data are easy to grab for use, thus it is easier to come up with complex strategies without exerting heavier work pressure to our staff. Kindful also comes with handy plugins for third party tools, such as QuickBooks and Mailchimp, for better functionality and to help users save time. The tool also displays easy to comprehend data about group and personal donations during our yearly giving activity. And I can’t forget to mention about Kindful being more affordable than its competitors, that even small NGO’s won’t have worries paying for the platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Kindful should improve the efficiency of its communication tracker and the intuitiveness of its transfer management features. As for now, I’m pushed to use the donor dynamic group function for managing tagged donors during a fundraising campaign. I also feel that Kindful lacks video messaging feature for a more seamless communication, thus I wish to see it during the next updates.

This boosts the smoothness of our operations for optimizing our fundraising campaigns. This is perfect for our small organization with little support and resources available. The tool also allows me complete a lot of tasks while working as a manager in our org. This is the very reason why I’m seeing many improvements today.
