What are the best aspects of this product?

It features a super convenient user interface that shows everything we need. We can now easily manage donor details, as well as knowing the amount of donation to certain campaigns, total amount of donations in a day or a week, etc. These and other information we can check in one tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Plugins for fundraising platforms come with additional fees to pay. Although, Kindful works with other fundraising tools for more functionalities, such additional payment isn’t favorable for small non-profit groups.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps in managing all our donors in one platform efficiently. We also use the Mailchimp to intuitively add new donors into our newsletter system. In addition, we love how it conveniently generates and prints essential reports about different factors.
