What are the best aspects of this product?

Kindful is a truly helpful tool for all aspects in our non-profit organization. It makes donor tracking and management easier, accurate for trend tracking, and it is reliable for keeping donation history. Managing campaigns is easy with Kindful as well, especially that it supports collaborative work for such task. This makes it suitable for our worldwide team. That’s why I really find Kindful a greater choice than our older tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful isn’t a free platform, but there are important or needed features that are not included in the package. One good example is the capacity giving feature. You need to pay an additional cost to have them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kindful is useful in monitoring annual trends, such as determining donors who have donated on the previous year but didn’t do it this year. This is a valuable help for handling our budget. The tool is also useful for running targeted campaigns, which involve grouping donors into classifications to determine the best individual approach for each of them. Say, compelling small and big amount donors to donate specified amount depending on their giving capacity.
