What are the best aspects of this product?

With a cool UI that is very smooth to use, Kindful lets us easily find the details we need in an instant. The Kindful personnel is also very professional during the introduction phase of the platform to our org, that many points about the tool’s UI was clearly explained. In addition, it has a complete set of features and options that we need, but its price is so affordable. We can’t find anything similar to Kindful as we previously searched for a CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful is a complete platform that addresses all of our demands. The problem is, it is somehow confusing to use in some angles. For example, I find it difficult to link the pledges in Kindful with those in QuickBooks. I often end up dealing with a lot of unneeded duplicate copies. Although, I feel that such kind of problem can be avoided once we learn how to properly handle them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has improved all our key processes significantly. First, it has a handy QuickBooks integration, which is convenient when managing membership concerns. Other useful features include built-in “Thank You” letter templates, notes, donor pictures, third-party tool plugins, graphic presentations and reporting among many others functions.
