What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to connect with the customer support each time I need some assistance. I only need to connect with them while presenting some necessary details and files. They immediately respond to my queries, and they always make follow-ups to see if I’ve solve the issue or if I still need help. Their continuous improvement to satisfy customers is notable too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful keeps on sending alerts about your upcoming schedule with a donor. They send email notifications each week until the scheduled time. This easily fills up my inbox which is quite inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, we have stumbled on some troubles when grouping family members into households. This is quite problematic when preparing tax outlines to our donors because we often end up combining those households together. Kindful has made us see that we do not need to classify those family members through such manner, since we can simply connect them according to relationships.
