Kindful support service is helping us from the beginning. They’ve guided us in integrating other tools into the user interface, as well as for making the dashboard focus on displaying essential data that we need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are having some difficulties preparing donation receipts, and soft credits of donors don’t reflect on their user panel. The plugins don’t show when Chrome is on incognito as well.

Mailchimp and QuickBooks help in making our data flow smoothly, as well as they have made donating affordable, enjoyable and more personal. The platform also boasts flexible campaign pages. And payments can be easily done with the help of Stripe.
