PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is very simple to use in satisfying our non-profit organization demands. It connects with Sandbox seamlessly, thus it is easy to facilitate huge number of imports to the platform. Such integration is helping me in sorting out all data, and keep it presentable before going public. The Kindful updates are smooth, cool and super detailed as well. Then, their user support service helps me by addressing my questions anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improving its reporting functions would be great, such as letting me compare a given year to another easily. Uploading pledges is also a hassle because I need to do it one by one, thus it would be great to do it in huge batches. It is somehow hard to remove multiple donors in a list as well. Finally, some features that I need aren’t included in the initial subscription I’m paying.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reporting is very convenient with Kindful. Updates are easy to grab, and I can have them functioning instantly without too much problems too. I find Kindful useful for monitoring or managing donors, such as tracking their giving and retention variables.
