What are the best aspects of this product?
The user support service of Kindful is wonderful. They are patient enough in helping me solve some problems, which is great since I’m not a tech savvy person. That’s why I really appreciate how they keep their customer support on great quality, and that they conveniently include it in the package that I pay.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of their user support staff don’t adjust to donors who aren’t tech savvy. I also find the QuickBooks and Mailchimp plugins very problematic. The QuickBooks plugin has made a big mess out of our existing donation system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’re finally free from using the inconvenient and outdated excel record-keeping method. Donor retention has improved, and it is smoother to make follow-ups. No wonder why most of our donors continue to give bigger donations now and then.
