What are the best aspects of this product?

Kindful provides donors the option to make an account or directly drop their donations to a campaign page. This is a great leverage for us because it compels donors to give without hassles. Kindful integrates Stripe to its check-pout widget for an even better donor experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kindful also has useful and robust features that is further enhanced with the use of plugins or integrations. We sync essential platforms that we use into Kindful, including a tool that our team has developed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I also notice that their technical team is sincerely listening to our suggestions and comments about the tool. They release a couple of new stuff every three months, and those often carry some recommendations we have gave them. That’s because their technical team and developers often communicate with us to see how they can satisfy our needs by adding new functionalities. Kudos to their helpdesk support staff who are quick and professional too.
