Amazing reporting tools and excellent support

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team is simply awesome! They are very responsive and helpful. Every time I have questions or concerns and reach out to them, they’d point me to the right direction in no time. Aside from that, I also like the platform’s reporting tool. It is flexible and allows me to really drill down on the data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am still exploring the solution and figuring out what it can do for our business. I haven’t encountered anything I can consider a disadvantage yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can setup reports in no time and link with the databases of our client.
