PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The company behind Klipfolio never failed to support me from the time I launched the platform. They gave me a step by step tutorial on how to use the dashboards and sync files from other sources. I am happy because Klipfolio makes meetings more productive. They have a reliable team that I can call anytime I encounter a problem. I am still within the learning curve of using the app, and there are a lot of things that I still need to discover. Overall I am delighted with Klipfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just minor issues for now. It takes time for me to synchronize and upload Klip reports on the platform, and there are times that I encounter some challenges when creating formulas on Excel spreadsheets. These problems are pretty much difficult to solve, but I think that I should be more hands-on with the platform so I could become an expert.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automating my company KPIs into a centralized dashboard saves me a significant amount of time every day. I am confident that I know my numbers very well, which plays a vital role in my decisions.
