An intuitive and effective platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform has made complex visualizations easier to do. Also, their customer support and staff are really helpful and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have complaints on the software but will leave a few suggestions or additional tools which will be a great help to us if they’d implement them. First, It would be nice if they will add an option to refresh the data source weekly and monthly so I don’t have to spend more money on querying. Next, is an option to use HTTP requests with parameters or webhooks through UI or buttons control e.g. when a user entered a number and click the hit button, I’ll receive a webhook or HTTP request on my website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the platform to visualize all IoT data that my organization has collected from the field. So we are able to provide our clients valuable insights on data.
