What are the best aspects of this product?
Everyone else is saying that this product’s support staff is incredible and I’ll say the same thing. They are just the best! Their online chat portal is really helpful. I use that channel to reach out to them whenever I experience minor issues or need assistance. They’ve been very helpful and patient at the start, teaching us how the software operates. It’s a big thing considering the fact that the platform has a steep learning curve. The solution itself is also amazing – got great feedback on a series of dashboard I created to track metrics for various company departments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Figuring out how to build visuals that meets your preferences, requirements and standards can be challenging at first. But just like what I said earlier, the tech team is always there to save the day. Apart from that, the system requires you to create particular workbooks or sheets for the data because it has to be formatted in a particular way so the system would be able to read it. Lastly, it’s not complain but a suggestion – I wish the developers would consider adding “timeline” to track releases.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our staff who hates numbers but need to track metrics are able to accomplish the task without too many difficulties. They don’t have to deal with numbers only rather will have something with charts and graphs. Those are way easier to read and understand.
