Bad UX for everyone who can at least write SQL queries

What are the best aspects of this product?

It connects to many different services, like Salesforce, and with some practice allows to join data from various sources. Since no real coding is involved, everyone with a bit of Excel proficiency can use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As a coding Data Scientist, the ease of use is just bad. Aggregating data over multiple columns is difficult, and a simple case like calculating a percentage based on two columns, ordering these percentages, and then getting the values of a third column takes easily 20 lines.
Even more basic products like Google Docs solve this better by allowing the user to write SQL like queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Dashboard looks a bit better than the Google Docs one, at the cost of 40$/months and 5-6 hours of manual labor.
