What are the best aspects of this product?

I've used various BI tools before and I can say that Klipfolio is the best one yet. It has helped us address dozens of complicated problems regarding data connection, data delivery, and data presentation. Their support team is exceptional because they are very helpful and always available. Honestly though, if you're looking for a tool that can generate attractive graphs and charts related to anything and supports automated delivery through slack or email, give Klipfolio a go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product is very good at organizing data and so far, there's nothing I dislike that's actually worth mentioning.
