What are the best aspects of this product?

It's one of the best business tools that I've come across. It gives you everything that you need in just a few seconds. You can customize your data so people can easily understand what's going on with the company. You can discover a lot of features that can help take your business to the next level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to spend more time learning how to use Klipfolio. I need to be familiar with its features and how to consolidate data from other sources and load it into the dashboard. Also, I wish that they could figure out a way on how to automate some of its features to make things easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is now easier for us to compile all of our data from different sources and load it into the dashboard. There is no need to cram and manually compute for the final results. We will utilize Klipfolio to monitor the performance of our sales and marketing team.
