One of the best dashboarding solutions I’ve ever used.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Klipfolio offers a plethora of advantages. Here are some: flexibility, ability to connect almost any available real-time data, process data in various ways with the help of tools like the new metric features and modeled data sources functionality, and several different choices for visualization. The data is also very transparent; you can gain great visibility in what you’re doing. The system gave me an access to the data source I’m working on so I can immediately spot any issue that may arise in the data and take necessary actions to resolve them. On top of that, I am able to work with one of the best customer service team I have ever encountered. They are able to solve basic issues within 10 minutes or less while solving complicated problems takes them a maximum of three days. And whenever I have questions, they actively listen and give me answers willingly. Such an amazing team!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform and the available functionalities are quite difficult to use. It took me a while figuring out how to use the tools and the system but it was all worth it. The system is really helpful and amazing. Aside from the steep learning curve, the design is also not that appealing (probably it’s just because I’m from Nordic countries and we are used to having visually appealing stuff).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to access data from several different data sources such as Google Analytics and FB and process them to gain valuable insights. The ability to visualize KPIs and metrics has also been helpful to the company.
