Before discovering Klipfolio, it takes a lot of time for us to pull up data from various sources. Now that we are using this platform, we can easily integrate all the data from different sources, then upload and share it into Klipfolio. Employees knowing their trending performance increases their drive to excel and exceed their goals. We collated all the necessary information and data from social media, client reports, Google analytics, and other 3rd party sources and uploaded everything into the platform. We installed a couple of large smart TVs in the office so that all employees, clients, applicants, and potential investors can see our statistics and how we are doing against our competitors. Klipfolio is an excellent app that allows us to run our company efficiently and have some fun at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing that I can think of as of the moment. I like everything about Klipfolio. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to navigate the platform. All you need to know is how to integrate and share the reports and have a deep understanding of your key performance indicators. In case you experience a glitch, you can easily ask for help from their ninja team and provide instant solutions. They offer fantastic service because they make an effort to walk through each client, allowing them to explore the wonderful features of the platform.

I tried comparing Klipfolio with other commercial business platforms; however, none of them stood out. Klipfolio makes it easier for you to collect data from various sources, plus it has a lot of reporting templates for you to choose from. With Klipfolio, you can maximize your screens with all the information that you like to share with your team. Since they have visibility of their numbers, our sales team decided to launch a friendly competition amongst each other that resulted in higher morale in the workplace. Also, using Klipfolio helped us determine possible problems and create effective action plans.
