Powerful platform with excellent support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the ability to extract data from many different tools we have, ability to customize dashboards, easily share them with my co-workers, and access it on my smartphone. Aside from that, the platform offers a variety of ways to show KPIs. It also has excellent customer service – they never fail to help us resolve minor issues in the system fast and are always within reach. The pricing scheme is reasonable. Last but not the least, the product is constantly updated so you can expect new exciting functionalities every now and then.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I need to choose something that can be considered as a drawback, it would be the lack of more useful samples and pre-built dashboard. It is also important to note that the name of the functionalities in the Google Sheet is different from the ones in the Excel. It can become quite confusing at the beginning. Other than that, everything is performing fairly well. Their customer service team is really helpful and responsive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to give our clients an option to view statistics from several different platforms. They do not have to search for data from each individual source. As of now, twenty of our clients already have their own automatic control panel. They use it to view the data of their campaigns in real time and remain up-to-date. This eliminates the need to generate manual reports and we are able to save money while acquiring more clients. We are also able to create central control panels that give us a clear view of our team’s performance and provide reports to clients. Generally, Klipfolio is a cost efficient but really impressive software with lots to offer.
