What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I like about this product is the user interface. It is so impressive that everything you need is laid out on a single page. The dashboards have a user-friendly layout, which makes the company metrics accessible for each user. I have tried several platforms before this, but so far, nothing can beat Klipfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Klipfolio comes with a couple of limitations. First is we are hoping that it would be easier to sync our data from SAP Hana, which we happen to use currently. Secondly, it gives us restricted access when it comes to making changes to charts, pies, and graphs, complicating the process of uploading Klips. Lastly, we are also challenged with the limited amount of data that Klipfolio is allowing us to upload, mainly if we use Excel spreadsheets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Klipfolio, we collect our data from various sources, which makes it difficult to view and analyze our KPIs all at the same time. This platform takes good care of data consolidation, which is something that people love.
