What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is flexible that I was able to import numerous files that were accumulated for several years from JIRA. I can easily show the executives the trends because the dashboard displays it in a concise way and I'm given the option of publishing data and having the link public. I can also use one dashboard for different products using the filter by categories feature. And after I'm done creating the logic into my dashboard, it now updates automatically and all I have to do is upload the new files each month. Thanks to this, I'm able to save a lot of time which I would have otherwise spent in recalculating and formatting monthly data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were instances when some of my data went missing. There were also times when a single data has different names. But I was able to resolve this with the help of their expert customer service who assisted me in mapping them correctly and thus, solving the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What previously took me days to work on can now be done in minutes, which is the monthly report. We use the dashboards for monitoring trends throughout the entire cycle of product returns. Because of this, trends can be identified easily and fast.
