What are the best aspects of this product?

I have reviewed a few business intelligence solutions including Klipfolio to find the best one that meets the needs of small businesses and also fits their limited budget. So far, this solution is the best option available. Its visualizations are amazing. There are pre-existing dashboards and nice ways to handle links to dashboards. The customer support is the best – very responsive and you’ll feel their willingness to help you solve your concerns immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is excellent in general but you need to deal with its steep learning curve. It is challenging to build your own dashboard. But if you learn how to do it, it will be very beneficial. Aside from that, it takes time to set up the metrics and the cost related to them remains vague. It would be nice if they would clarify things, especially when adding new features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to give our clients an ability to view their business KPIs. Finding answers to business questions has become a lot easier. We do not have to spend a significant amount of effort and time digging in the data. Furthermore, distributing information has become more effective and easy and we get powerful insights.
