They have a friendly and highly knowledgeable support team that's always there to aid us whenever we face trouble. It's also easy enough for non-technical users to create an attractive dashboard. However, if you're an expert in the field, then you can also take advantage of it to create robust reports and analytics visualizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More visualization features would be nice, such as word clouds and alluvial diagrams, because I use it a lot in my development.
