What are the best aspects of this product?

We once run into trouble when trying to filter the inputs regarding a bar chart so we asked for assistance. We worked with their support team and quickly enough, what we missed was pointed to us. They even set up a demo chart so that we can clearly see what we did wrong. Their response time is quick, to the point, and really helpful which is quite rare nowadays in the software industry.
