What are the best aspects of this product?

The product itself is unique and very useful. It comes with a lot of out of the box features that helps you upload reports directly into your dashboard. You can pull out data from sources like Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, and other third-party apps that you are currently using. You do not have to worry about making mistakes because behind the product is a team that can support you anytime you need their help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of features that I find challenging to use. However, you need to be more patient and keep practicing to familiarize yourself with the entire platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Klipfolio is like a one-stop-shop for all the data that you need. Metrics and KPI's are all within reach because all you need to do is look them up from the dashboard.
