What are the best aspects of this product?
The only reason I use it is for Twig and PHP. And more importantly, to be able to set breakpoints and debug PHP.
Beyond that, even free editors like Brackets are better options. ActiveState claims to provide code intelligence.
That's really an empty promise... Perhaps *PERHAPS* with a day or two of time wasted configuring, adding "helper" modules, etc, Komodo actually could complete a simple CSS class that is linked to the currant HTML doc. But my version (11) does not.
I much prefer using Dreamweaver (which, incidentally, does a great job of showing linked CSS, and JS as well as showing where a class definition is located)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Do what you advertise; make code intelligence and autocomplete actually work out of the box.
Make file browsing useful; instead of a fixed sorting order (alphabetical), let me choose on the fly.
Make the Projects UI more user friendly.
