Kounta is simply the best

What are the best aspects of this product?

Kounta is a very good application that is helpful and intuitive. It is sleek when it comes to the features it presents and is very up-to-date with its processes. It also works well with TYRO, making it easier for us to run our business efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface needs improvement as it tends to slow down at times. There is a lag time of about 10 seconds just to send data from the app to the cashier. It'd also help if there is a dark mode option to make it easier to see the icons and images in the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to save money as I don't have to use as many apps anymore. All the functions I need are integrated into Kounta. Furthermore, it is easier for me to calculate discounts as the app does it for me.
