What are the best aspects of this product?

Kronos is the only workforce management platform that we trust. We have been using it for a long time now and we look forward to more years of working with it. It has all the features that we are looking for in a product and it has made the job of our IT team a lot more manageable. We especially appreciate its timekeeping and scheduling tools and PTO request feature. We have also started using the mobile version of this platform and it is working well for us so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We sometimes encounter issues relating to the speed of the application. Given its complexity, training personnel to gain expertise on this software can be costly. Its maintenance is also quite demanding.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kronos enables us to manage our workforce better and handle special projects well. With this platform, we can track our employees’ time and attendance. Issues can also be resolved more easily when they arise.
