What are the best aspects of this product?

We are more effective and efficient with Kronos’ timekeeping features and payroll services. Their team equipped us with the information that we need to maximize the use of these tools in their platform. We have been better able to serve our customers since we started using this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The updates being done with the platform are great but it would be better if dealing with these would take less time and therefore would require less capital.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can monitor our employees' jobs along with their time. This is useful for assessing their performance and collecting data for job-costing. Overall, Kronos helps us manage our workforce better.
