What are the best aspects of this product?

Kronos Workforce Central has several functionalities that allow us to perform various administrative and workforce management tasks without needing another platform. It helps us ensure productivity among our employees and lets us keep track of their attendance. It also allows us to perform our payroll processes and generate labor analytics more efficiently. Its customization features allow us to make it work the best way it can for our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We needed to create several copies of the same file for better organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At the onset, we only intended to use Kronos for timekeeping. We were able to benefit from its other features eventually and now every one of our employees uses this platform to perform various activities.
