What are the best aspects of this product?

Kronos is the best among its competitors in the market. It has been working very well for us for years now and it continues to develop and become even better. You can easily upgrade once a new version is available. They have a great support community that you can come to for recommendations. Kronos Community is also a place to meet and connect with experts working to make the platform better around the world.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike so far about the platform itself but I would say it would be better if it would be more cost-effective.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are maximizing this platform’s usability. Hence, we use it for managing everything in our workforce, including the time and attendance of employees, leave accruals, schedules, payroll, and reports. We also make sure to use its integration, self-service, and forecasting features.
