The best platform for a mobile workforce

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Kronos for years now and it only gets better with each update. Their customer support team also remains to be competent and reliable over the years. This tool and the people behind it are truly impressive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I could say I dislike about the platform itself, but I would like it better if it comes with a better support community.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kronos made it possible for our employees to keep track of their schedules using a mobile app.
