Initially, we experienced slow performance and technical issues, but we\\\'re glad the Kylas team has improved this aspect of the software, as the improvements are immediately noticeable.

The flexible interface and customization options made the software easy for our team to use daily. Integration with other business tools and systems also influenced our decision.
