What are the best aspects of this product?

Very easy even for first time users, Reports are awesome, Integration made easy because of excellent support from the implementation team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Call logger app - can be better, too much of modifications required in the user's mobile, ideally setting controls should be within the mobile app.
