Excellent CRM for SME

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a growing SME we were looking for an appropriate CRM for our organization. Other options were too costly and implementation looked to be tedious. With Kylas CRM it was easy implementation and useful for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer support can be little more proactive. although issues are resolved faster
