What are the best aspects of this product?

The CRM is easy to implement and very USER friendly for actual users to work on. The customization features are very easily updated. Also, the mobile application is very helpful during travel

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like to have training session or YouTube videos for new features which are updated.
