Kylas is very effective crm with lot of features

What are the best aspects of this product?

Lead capture via different sources of portals, Integration is very good in kylas, Pipelines to categories leads, Workflow is very effective for lead distributions, Automated emails & SMS to executives for notifications so that they respond on time, Notes making are very user friendly. all of them at such price is amazing

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I liked the least about this tool is IVR services are not inbuilt, but various options are available for this
