What are the best aspects of this product?
Only Crm which was offreing me workflow at such price, Secondly they commited me to integrate with all my lead source, which they really did, Seconly i wanted a very simple crm, which i think kylas is .
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This software does not allow direct emails from the crm , Few more things colour marks, lead ratings are yet to come

Lead capture via diffrent sources of portals, Integration is very good in kylas, Pipelines to categories leads, Workflow is very effective for lead distributions, Automated emails & SMS to executives for notifications so that they respond on time, Notes making are very user friendly.
