What are the best aspects of this product?

Over all experience is good, purpose is fully solved , as each and every lead is now under our control, and leads are getting distributed automatically and i am fully able to check of what activity is taking place to our leads,

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing as of now. I might be adding post sales services also help. Adding sales target vs achievement will help as sales leader.
