What are the best aspects of this product?
Lead capture via different sources of portals, Integration is very good in kylas, Pipelines to categories leads, Workflow is very effective for lead distributions, Automated emails & SMS to executives for notifications so that they respond on time, Notes making are very user friendly. all of them at such price is amazing , and best part is they have very prompt customer support & Regular upgrade. the CRM Which i purchased 1.5 years back , and what it is now is completely different, they have added lot of features which was not part of crm initially
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This software does not allow direct emails from the crm , Few more things color marks, lead ratings are yet to come
