personal experience of Kylas Sales CRM

What are the best aspects of this product?

User interface is good, easy too use, good platform for capture multiple leads from various sources. Sales Tracking system is nicely done in Kylas. All can manage their each customer in 1 platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports view is not that much good as compare to our past CRM Zoho but it is getting improved by kylas team so expect speedy results
