What are the best aspects of this product?
Helped our company to collect research material on the go as we surfed on the internet. We are able to collaborate with our teammates a lot better. Sharing ideas have been made easy through LambdaTest's chrome extension. Great work! Test results were accurate. They recently launched a startup plan which helped us to go with the premium plan and got a heavy discount.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing such but it would be great if they can provide API Testing feature.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
API Testing feature.

Being a web developer and in market research I have to develop a number of pages and web designs but thanks to LambdaTest, they helped me in delivering cross browser compatible and responsive web designs.
