Easy to use.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use. No extra guidance needed to test. We can easily test our applications on all browsers, can easily integrate with tool like Trello, Asana(the most used by our team). They provide an easy to use interface. Collections of mobile devices and Integrations is great. The best part is their pricing is low and affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nope

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They don't have an API integration feature. It would be great if they can provide such.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are not actually their paid customers as what they are offering in their trial is enough for us.
