What are the best aspects of this product?
Great selection of Both Android and iOS devies, that actually reduces costs to companies. Never seen such awesome support like LambdaTest is providing. It's now few months that I have been using lambdatest and I can say it is perfect product for testing websites and web applications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Wouldn't let me go back and change my answer. They are doing great job.

They are doing great and what ever they will bring in market that will be good.
