What are the best aspects of this product?
Great UI. Easy to use. Provides a loops of browsers and OS to test on. Their plans allow for unlimited testing, which is a big advantage. Some similar services I've seen want to limit you to a certain amount of minutes. Great suppot provided by their team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being a startup what they are doing is good.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Automation.

We are not delivering responsive and Cross browser compatible web Pages. Using LambdaTest is full of advantage. Using this product from past 4 months and till date I have faced no such issue. Whenever we chat with their support they give a quick at the moment reply.
