What are the best aspects of this product?

A representative from LambdaTest reached us with a proposition to try the tool, after which we signed up on their free plan. Conducting initial tests of our website helped us realize that it only renders good on Chrome & Mozilla however it was breaking on IE, safari & edge.

Using the various integration option they provide, we marked various bugs and assigned them to our team members to get those corrected.

After the trial we upgraded to the paid plan and now conducts routine checks after we update any new feature on the website.

This has certainly helped us in getting more customers as our website now looks better in almost all combination of environments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We also have a mobile app and wished we could test it as well on LambdaTest but currently they don’t have any such feature.
