What are the best aspects of this product?
In my brief experience of the SSH Tunnel feature I found it easy to use. SSH tunnel definitely outperformed parallels in terms of boot up time and ease of use. I was able to debuging and fix my bug using your system so Im very pleased with it. Also please with the customer support they provide.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I didn't find such. Once I found their Mac machines working slow, I reported this to their support and soon within 2hrs they fixed. Really a fast pace growing startup.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They are promise keeper. We needed Automation Testing with selenium and they just delivered that this month.

We were able to test our local files and able to debug and fix the issue.
