What are the best aspects of this product?

I was told during the demo that they are planning to come up with a tool that will help us schedule screenshot testing.

In just a couple of months we were contacted by their support team to apprise that the feature is now live on the platform and how I can use the same.

I think in this fast world scenarios being so transparent about a company and its upcoming features instantly gages customers trust. I am happy that I bought what they sold me during the demo and I am even happier to get what they promised me.

I am able to schedule automated screenshot testing of my website on my desired combination of OS & Browsers anytime as per my liking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping to get some extra time with my initial license purchase of an year, however I think that was compensated with a 20% discount code they generated especially for me.
