Manual to Automation Testing

What are the best aspects of this product?

My company was utilizing LambdaTest platform to perform manual web UI testing of their website. The process was smooth as they offered 2000+ browsers & OS combinations to test on. The only problem was that all this process was manual and required me to personally allocate time for testing every time a new website update was made live.

Having basic knowledge of selenium I was always interested in exploring their automated version as well. After a brief discussion with my CTO we decided to explore the feature.

I was amazed by the fact that LambdaTest has provided a very detailed documentation on each and every selenium framework to begin with.

Being a JAVA user, I spent a couple of days in understanding the process. When I was ready I asked LambdaTest team to open an access for me to test their automation feature.

After a couple of days I gained the required confidence and gave a green chit to move on LambdaTest Automation plan.

We have now integrated our test with Circle CI as well that allows us continues testing without putting much efforts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the cons that I can point out will be no proper demo video to understand the features, only written documents are available.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Real mobile devices for better testing
